Get the resorts and destinations you truly desire with GPX (Grand Pacific Exchange). Enjoy the flexibility and convenience from a variety of benefits, including no annual membership fee, exchanges up to one year in advance, gift week(s) to friends and family without a guest certificate fee, deposit week(s) up to two years in advance, cancellation protection, and direct internal exchange to all GPR resorts.
We know that despite even the best intentions, life has unexpected bumps and plans change. That’s why we offer our Owner Rental program to make it as easy as possible to rent your week. The Owner Rental program offers hassle-free renting with a 60/40 revenue share (60% returned to you as the owner) and the option of automatic spacebanking with GPX should your week go unrented. Through the Owner Rental and GPX opt-in program, owners may be confident that their use week is in good hands.
Coronado Beach Resort is affiliated with one of the world’s largest vacation exchange programs, Resort Condominiums International (RCI). As a Coronado Beach Resort owner, you can take advantage of all of the benefits of an RCI membership, including spacebanking. Spacebanking is a great way of traveling outside of your home week to another RCI property. You can bank a week anytime from 14 days to two years in advance of the start of your week. Your spacebanked week may be used up to one year before your week starts through two years after. You do not need to know where or when you want to travel to make your spacebank deposit. Through your RCI membership, you can also enjoy a directory of resorts, the Endless Vacation magazine, RCI travel, cruise exchange and more.
As an added perk to your ownership, you can also enjoy Bonus Time – a program that allows resort owners to stay at their home resort outside of the regular home week for at a special rate. To take advantage of Bonus Time, call Owner Reservations up to 21 days in advance to check if there is any Bonus Time availability at your home resort, and enjoy more return on your timeshare ownership. Using Bonus Time does not affect your ownership week and is great for flexible short notice stays. Bonus Time is only available for Grant Deed Holders. To request Bonus Time, contact the resort at (619) 522-6000.
