Your safety and health has and always will be our top concern. As we work to welcome guests once again, we are enhancing our cleaning standards, reducing high touch points, and increasing distancing in common areas. Our Associates are receiving additional training to strengthen our level of service to you, with the same heartfelt hospitality you have come to know.

We are following the recommendations of the CDC and County Public Health officials. If you have stayed with us before, you’ll notice some things will be different when you vacation with us again. The changes we are making are to protect you and our greater community. We ask that when you visit us that you join fellow Guests and Associates in taking the important steps to prevent the spread of the virus.

Before you travel, please review government guidance to confirm eligibility to stay with us. If you are displaying symptoms of the virus or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID please follow the recommendations of health officials and stay home. Reservations will not be honored where prohibited. Cancellations up to 7 days prior to check-in are 100% refundable.

While we eagerly look forward to welcoming Owners and Guests back soon, this is a quickly changing and challenging time. Please continue to check back as our response evolves to meet the needs of the community.

What to Expect When We Open Once Again

Minimal Contact at Check-In

  • On the day of check-in please call (619) 522-6000 and select option zero to speak with a Guest Service Agent prior to your arrival.  The agent will add your cell phone number and credit card for incidentals to your reservation. We will review housekeeping, amenities, anticipated time of arrival, and answer any questions.
  • Your registration information will be sent via text and you will be prompted to reply with “Accept”.
  • Upon arrival at the resort please stay in your vehicle and contact the front at (619) 522-6000 to obtain your key card and check-in pack.

Common Areas and Amenities

We will evolve our operations in compliance with San Diego County Public Health orders which are being defined and we expect modifications throughout the phases of re-opening. Please contact us at (619) 522-6000 for up-to-date information.

Guest and Owners Courteous Conduct

We are asking all guests to wear facial coverings and maintain social distancing when entering common areas of the resort for everyone’s protection. Hand sanitizer stations are placed around the resort for your convenience. Our spacious accommodations provide natural distancing for your family vacation. Large gatherings in common areas are not permitted. Should you desire more space to entertain family and friends we are available to recommend local parks in the area.
