The $50 a night parking garage fee is outrageous. We had a room that was on the street side and was so noisy. It was hard to sleep.
Don’t charge as much for parking. I’m not sure what you can do about the street noise.

Maybe renovate and upgrade as to where it doesn’t in a sense feel like a retirement or nursing home.

We only had 1 day where towels were refreshed.
The internet was spotty. The room was clean and fresh. The lights in the bathroom are too dim, hard to get ready for your day. Missed not being able to cook in the room - a cooking top is not convenient which caused us to eat out more than we originally planned. Older people should not have to step into a shower/bath - that is dangerous. Grounds were well maintained!

The balcony from the room was nice to hang out but there was no space for a tiny bistro table. Maybe put two tiny folding chairs and a teeny tiny round table will do.

Make the bed better, especially making sure the bottom sheet is all the way on, especially the corners are all the way on.
