Providing wheelchairs for guests that need them and making sure that the elevator works so that guest can actually get to their room. Having this ongoing elevator issue is a massive issue for many of us. Timeshares are usually for more elderly people who are in their retirement ages and being asked to climb up 56 steps to get to your room is not acceptable.
The Cbr staff whether it’s the front desk, the maintenance team, and Housekeeping. Everyone is so kind and everyone does an excellent job.

Everything has been great.
Clean, quiet, beautiful surroundings.
We both noticed how much water is used before hot water reaches any of the faucets.
Shower in the master bath drips.
Not complaints, just concern
Everyone has been helpful answering questions and requests, even before we arrived.
