The elevator was out when we checked out. I felt the situation could have been handled better. There was text app.igizing and vague statement about needing anything. We were on 3rd floor and parked in lower floor.
Also I thought animals not allowed. i saw 2 dogs. Large one was for sight. But small black and white was seen 3 times with no special halter?
Location

We love the room. It is just right for us. We are liking being right in the middle of activities in the area and being close to our room. We are loving the area!

We were quite pleased with our first stay with Montana and Team!
Very thoughtful of you for having a dozen Roses in the room and a cold bottle of Cava in the refrigerator.

Your service here at Coronado Beach Resort is outstanding! Someone is always available at the front desk to assist with any request. Our family really appreciates the bicycles, beach umbrellas & chairs, toys, movies on DVD, and all the extras readily available at NO ADDITIONAL FEES. We were delighted to see a list of daily special events that you host, also at no additional fee.

Ask your very helpful, cheerful housekeeping staff to please wear their name tags so that we can know whom to thank and/or commend for their excellent service.
I can't say enough about the consistently outstanding service provided by the entire staff: Erick, Pearl, Montana, Marina & Julie at the front desk, the many housekeepers, and the fix-anything-and- everything maintenance crew. Even if we have an unusual or difficult problem (that may have nothing to do with their job responsibilities) they find a way to help us out. Congratulations to Mark and other managers for hiring and retaining a terrific group of employees!

Location and resort staff

Educate the people working the desk on the area's latest info such as which local restaurants have happy hour and times, and the "All important" daily water quality. Also, it would be a nice reminder of the stingray issue an how to do the California Shuffle when going in the water. Maybe even have a little handout on it. There were 180 stings treated during the Labor Day weekend.

Losing the elevator on Friday night and having it cascade into Sunday made departure challenging. One hopes that "the next time" it happens, it would get repaired sooner.
Location, location, location. Hopefully you will finish repairs on the keypad area close to the garage entry soon. It looks rather stark with the police tape and the other items.
